My house was originally a small basement with a crawl space. Previous owners dug out the crawl space but never reinforced the dirt"shelf" left to support the foundation. This has led to a weakening of the foundation walls. Plus the foundation is old, 70+ years, brick work that was never maintained properly and is not sitting on any form of footing. I need either extensive repair or complete replacement. I am looking for estimates so that I can start sorting my finances to get this work completed ASAP.

We have a bowing basement wall. Wall is roughly 30 feet long. Foundation walls are brick with 5 foot below grade and 3 foot above. Wall is bowing both vertical and horizontal. Horizontal bow is roughly 1 foot below grade There is a concrete drivway against the wall.
