Wet crawlspace

We currently get some water in our basement on the back side of the house and we are looking to possibly start using our basement a little more.

I am days away from closing on the purchase of a home for my family, the seller said there was a "slight bow" in one of the basement brick walls. I arrived at the location today only to discover that there are more concerns than a "slight bow". There are visible signs of someone at some point repairing a large 8'+ section/corner of the houses foundation with blocks vs the original brick. Along the same wall is where the bow is located as well as what appears to have been a window that they removed and bricked closed. I have a lot of concerns about this foundation, and I am fearful of purchasing this home without knowing the extent/cost of repairing this major problem. Both sides of the front porch sag to either side and the steps are cracked terribly. So badly in fact that the front steps aren't just cracked but they are pitched now at nearly a 45 degree angle. I love this house throughout the inside but i am terrified it may collapse or cost more than what i have originally offset when i had put in an offer on this home.

We have some water in our basement and we cannot determine the cause of it.

I have a 884 sq ft house that sits on a full crawlspace with a dirt floor. With the rain last night, there were audible and apparent leaks from the mortar pouring into the crawlspace from where I could see/access, around 2-3". The access point to the crawlspace is small and outside the house. This summer, the house smelled musty from the crawlspace but there was never standing water like this, even with the heavier rains. The back sidewalk against the house also slightly slopes inward.

Basement leaks around perimeter walls, mostly the East along garage and driveway and southwest corner.

I have several areas of a concrete driveway that are settling, need leveled back out. Have some areas of damaged or cracked concrete blocks around the ajoining footing.

Good evening! I recently inherited a house in Canton that I believe may have some foundation issues. I noticed a large crack in the bathroom closet, and I'm not sure the support beams in the basement are providing the support the house needs. My concern is I keep getting water in basement during heavy rain in a couple spots in my basement. Worried I may need waterproofing installed but not sure what I need done or how much it'll cost.

We are looking to get a new sump pump installed in our basement and getting quotes for sump pump and installment. And if warranty comes The new sump pump.

Been in this house for two years, Crawl space is nasty...plastic over the dirt is all messed up...need new encapsulation and add a dehumidifier. My furnace is in the crawl space and I need to be able to get to it to change filters. THere is a sump pump in it and I need it checked to make sure it is in good working condition before the spring rains start
