Quad City Builders Association
The Quad Cities Builders & Remodelers Association is a nonprofit association representing the new home and home improvement industries in Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge, Rock Island, Moline, East Moline... virtually the entire Eastern Iowa / Western Illinois area.
The Quad Cities Builders & Remodelers Association in cooperation with the Home Builders Association of Iowa and the National Association of Home Builders works hard to find solutions for providing the public with quality, safe, affordable housing as well as generating funds to put back into our local communities.
Members of the Association are from any company deriving business from the building & remodeling industries. They can range from trade contractors to designers, financial institutions to insurance companies, etc. Check the membership directory to see if the businesses you frequent are members!
S.E. Iowa Builders Association
The Southeast Iowa Builders Association (SEIBA), founded in 1916, is located in Burlington, Iowa. SEIBA's mission is to continually improve the capabilities and capacities of the construction industry through education, training, and teamwork.
The network of contractors, vendors, material, equipment dealers, financial institutions, insurance agencies, accounting firms, and other businesses developed through SEIBA allows for the growth and development of new business relationships. The management and employees of our members will utilize the fundamental principles of "Total Quality" and "Partnering" through communication, safety, and on time performance, to make Southeast Iowa a better place to build a future.
The Association issues several $1,500 scholarships each year to qualified students for any Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, or any construction related programs. Second, Third and Fourth Year Students are eligible for $2,000/Year.
